Terms and Conditions of the Konik Polski Online Store

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Konik Polski online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payment methods, delivery, complaints, and returns.

The online store is available at:

The store operates using the Shopify platform.

By using the store, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.


2. Definitions

Seller – Konik Polski, Tymoteusz Sztuka, the entity operating the online store.

Customer – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit purchasing products through the store.

Consumer – a natural person purchasing products for purposes not directly related to their trade, business, or profession.

Product – any item offered for sale in the store, including custom equestrian saddle hangers.

Store – the Konik Polski online store available at www.konik-polski.com.

Order – the Customer's declaration of intent to purchase products.


3. Products

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that product photographs, visualizations, and descriptions accurately represent the offered products.

Actual product colors and appearance may vary depending on monitor settings, device display, and lighting conditions.

Konik Polski products may be manufactured according to the Customer's individual configuration, including but not limited to the selected model, color, hook arrangement, finish, engraving, logo, or other personalization options.

Before placing an order, the Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the selected configuration, product dimensions, technical drawings, and all information provided in the order.

The Seller reserves the right to modify product offerings, descriptions, prices, and availability at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already accepted for fulfillment.


4. Placing Orders

Orders may be placed through the online store.

To place an order, the Customer selects a product, configures it, adds it to the shopping cart, provides the required information, and completes payment or selects another available payment method.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required to fulfill the order.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. The sales contract is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of incorrect information, non-payment, technical issues, inability to manufacture the product, or other justified circumstances.


5. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in Polish Złoty (PLN).

The final product price displayed in the configurator may change depending on selected options such as model, finish, hook configuration, engraving, logo, or other personalization features.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed before the order is placed.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, and discounts at any time. Such changes do not affect already accepted orders.


6. Order Processing and Delivery

Customized and configured products are manufactured individually for each Customer.

The standard production time is up to 3 weeks from the moment the order is accepted unless otherwise specified on the product page or during checkout.

Production times are estimates and may change due to high order volumes, supplier delays, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.


7. Personalized and Custom-Made Products

The Customer acknowledges that products manufactured according to their selected configuration or specifications are made specifically for them.

This includes products customized by selecting the model, color, hook arrangement, finish, engraving, logo, dimensions, or any other personalized features.

Personalized and custom-made products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming with the sales contract.

Customers are responsible for verifying all selected options, dimensions, technical specifications, and order details before completing the purchase.


8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the product, except where exclusions provided by applicable law apply.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized for the Customer.

Accordingly, individually configured saddle hangers and other personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

9. Complaints

Customers have the right to submit complaints regarding purchased products.

Complaints should be sent to:

The complaint should include:

  • Customer's full name;

  • Order number;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Photographs showing the defect or damage, where possible;

  • Preferred resolution.

Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If a complaint is accepted, the Seller may offer repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.


10. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to use the Store in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions, and accepted standards of conduct.

Customers must not:

  • provide false information;

  • interfere with the operation of the Store;

  • copy or reproduce content, photographs, graphics, or other materials without permission;

  • use the Store for unlawful purposes.


11. Intellectual Property

All content available in the Store, including photographs, descriptions, graphics, logos, product designs, website layout, and branding, is the property of the Seller or is used under appropriate licenses.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using this content without prior written permission is prohibited.


12. Third-Party Services

The Store may use third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, courier services, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.

The Seller is not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party websites or services.


13. Shopify

The Store operates using the Shopify e-commerce platform, which provides shopping cart, checkout, payment processing, order management, and related technical services.

All purchase agreements are concluded directly between the Customer and the Seller. Shopify is not a party to the sales contract.


14. Personal Data

Information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Store's Privacy Policy.

By using the Store, the Customer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy.


15. Errors and Inaccuracies

The Seller reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, product descriptions, availability information, shipping costs, or other content published in the Store.

In the event of an obvious error, the Seller may contact the Customer to clarify the situation or cancel the order.


16. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, overloading of the product, mechanical damage occurring after delivery, or failure to follow maintenance and usage instructions.

The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Store but will make reasonable efforts to ensure its proper functioning.


17. Changes to the Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly due to legal, technical, or organizational changes.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the Store's website.

Changes do not affect orders placed before the revised Terms become effective.


18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all sales contracts concluded through the Store shall be governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
